Knew what I wanted before coming in. John stayed in touch w/ me via internet w/o a lot of pressure. When I got to the dealership John had the vehicles ready to look at. I also had a price in mind and he worked really hard to get me as close to that price as possible. Thruout the entire negotiating process he was very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to.I'm not sure he made a lot of money off my sale but he gave it his all and I walked out of there a very satisfied, and happy, customer. I dealt with two other local dealers in Colorado Springs but it was John who not only was able to find me the vehicle that I had been searching all over the state for, but provided me with the best deal I could possibly get. Lynette Williams, Service Advisor was very helpful and offered Superior Customer Service. She is a Super Star!

I was put in touch with Lynette Williamson. I explained our situation and need and Lynette instantly offered her help. She graciously agreed to allow us to leave our vehicle in her care and willingly offered to coordinate the transfer to the auto transport carrier. These actions were well beyond the call of duty and her caring "make it happen" attitude was such a relief, especially coordinating this long distance via the telephone. She recognized our unique situation and could not have been more willing to help.

I followed up with Lynette a couple days after our vehicle was left in her care. Not only did she accommodate our unique request and made sure our vehicle was transferred properly, but she arranged for an oil change as well.

I thought you would like to know how much we sincerely appreciate Lynette's willingness to assist us in light of our unique circumstances. In my book, her efforts were "exemplary" and should not go unnoticed. You are fortunate to have such a caring and gracious member on your team. We had an ongoing problem with our Jeep relating to the bumper we purchased with the rebate offered to us at time of purchase. When Tom Mack became aware of our situation he promptly corrected the problem to our satisfaction. Tom is the general manager for the service department. Go to him if you have any problems with your vehicle, he gets things done.

My fiancee and I wanted to purchase a 2011 Grand Cherokee Laredo in April of this year. We live in Colorado Springs and wanted to buy through USAA, so we started our search through their website. After being contacted by salespeople from two local dealerships and Scott from Colorado Chrysler we began working with one of the two local salesmen. Upon deciding what we wanted, we began having problems locating a vehicle that fit our criteria. Once we found the vehicle, we started getting the runaround from both of the local dealerships. In a last ditch effort we called Scott and within thirty minutes he had located the vehicle we wanted, at a better price than we had been given in Colorado Springs, and had it reserved for us. We drove to Aurora that day and finalized the deal. Kevin ended up getting us a better financing rate than USAA, so between the two of them they saved us money. When it was time to pick up the car, David and Scott met us between the dealership and Colorado Springs. This was, quite possibly, the easiest car purchase we have ever made and we would highly recommend this dealership. If we are still in Colorado when it is time to replace our new Jeep, we will be coming back!

We went in prepared to fight for what was agreed to by phone. We did not need to. Very honest people from sales to finance. They never tried to slip anything past me. In fact, they made the experience a pleasure. I would buy from again anytime.

I ordered a new Jeep Rubicon from Colorado Chrysler Jeep. I had the pleasure of working with the Floor Mgr. John Swartz. The total process to build my new jeep took aprox. six weeks. John kept me up to date during the building process. When my Jeep arrived it was perfect! It was just what I had special ordered. John helped me through the entire process and was abel to give me helpful advice. The paper work went very quickly, and I was out with my new Jeep in a short time.
I also ordered additional accessories (as I was given an additional $500.00 in accessories for Jeeps 70th anniversary) Randy MacMillan the parts advisor helped me with these items, and was also very helpful in advising which items might be best for me.
My experence at Colorado Chrysler Jeep was a pleasure, and I would do business with them again.

This was the first timne I had gone "car shopping" alone, and signed on the same day. Being a young female I was nervous. I was there for 4.5 hours, asking many questions, and taking my time. Darrell was very informative, kind, patient, and felt like he was on "my side"...not just wanting to "seal the deal".

I would highly recommend Darrell and all the other friendly staff at Colorado Jeep on Havana. I was more than pleased, and LOVE my new Compass!

I was looking for a Chrysler crossfire on auto trader.com because I could not find one locally. I was nervous about getting a car over the internet, but it was the only option I had. I found one a Colorado Chrysler Jeep so I called and talked to John on the phone and he went over the service records and his thoughts on the car. I flew to Colorado and John picked me up and took me to the dealership. The car was everything John had said and more. I would highly recommend buying another car from them.

While on a ski vacation in Denver early December 2010, we had an extra day and decided to stop at a Jeep dealership in hopes of viewing a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and obtain better information about the vehicle than we had been able to get at the Pittsburgh dealerships. Luckily we randomly selected Colorado Chrysler Jeep, as it was the one closest to our hotel, and Eric Davis became our sales person. Eric ("Memphis") turned out to be the most knowledgeable sales person we had ever encountered in our search for this vehicle. We had been considering this vehicle since it was introduced to the market, but were never able to obtain all of the information necessary to make the final decision. Eric was thoroughly familiar with the Jeep and was either able to answer all of our questions on the spot or by checking on the very few details that he was not familiar with. We never felt rushed by him nor pressured which we greatly appreciated. By the end of the afternoon, we knew that we wanted to purchase our vehicle from Eric ... and after final discussions, placed an order that afternoon for the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland of our dreams. Since we live in Pittsburgh, we were prepared to return to Denver if necessary to pick up the vehicle; however, the General Manager, Tim Jones, was able to arrange for the vehicle to be delivered to a local dealership which was the Beaver County Dodge Chrysler Jeep. Tim worked everything out with the local dealership to ensure a smooth transaction and we picked up our new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland last night and are thrilled with it. It's everything that we had hoped for and more. While we love our vehicle, we also were extremely pleased with our experience with this dealership and the entire transaction which was conducted with knowledge, respect, professionalism and integrity. All of those qualities made us especially value our vehicle-buying experience with this dealership.

I came to Colorado Chrysler Jeep under an internet no-haggle deal referral. Over a couple of days corey and I were able to search high and low for what I wanted and ultimately, with John's help, we were able to settle on a car on the lot at an incredible price which really involved no haggling at all. John and Corey were both awesome to deal with and I can honestly say this was the best experience I have had buying a new car out of the 5 new cars I have purchased previously. They were fair with the trade-in value and worked to get me the best financing rate available in the market. Even the experience with the finance manager went very well, which can be a nightmare at other places as they try to add stuff on.

As long as I live in the Denver area, this is where I will by all my Chrysler vehicles.

My salesman Paul was absolutely fantastic, I give him a million stars. He has been working with me for 4months. When I would go in he  would call me by name and would remember what I was looking for. Hewould ask how many more payments I had on my lease. He didn't make me feel like a  moron being a woman. He didn't get upset when I came in the first few times and didn't like the payment I was offered. He kept working until he got the payments I could afford. My '11 Liberty was delivered clean and undamaged. Since I already had a Liberty he went over the new things with me. I don't have any questions or concerns. I will definitely recommend you. I have been coming there since I moved to Colorado 4 years ago. I like the people and your service department. That is the only place I will buy a Jeep as long as I live in Colorado. My name is Cynthia Wagner and I am a happy Chrysler customer.  My father and I came in to Colorado Chrysler Jeep (350 S. Havana St. Aurora, Co. 80012) in the beginning of May to begin the search for my new jeep wrangler.

 

What I found was the exact white 2009 jeep wrangler with everything I needed and wanted, what we did not find were pushy sales people.  We first were approached by Marcus Mackey, who answered our questions, road along for the test drive and helped with the sale.  Scott Wilber's introduced himself and continued to work with Marcus until I was offered the deal that I came for and got my monthly payments down to where I needed them to be.  Next stop was David Kreh the Finance manager who worked patiently until he was able to finance me and finally get me in my new jeep.

 

The whole dealership experience was surprisingly pleasant!  The three men that helped me were knowledgeable, patient, kind and willing to insure that a customer left happy.  I want to thank the Colorado Chrysler Jeep dealership as well as Marcus, Scott and David.  I will absolutely tell my friends and family about my experience!

I just wanted to take a minute to commend one of your staff, Tammy Lippe, for outstanding customer service. Yesterday I had your Service Department replace a defective outside mirror which had cracked for no apparent reason. While it was a very small job, from the very beginning when I stopped in the store several weeks ago, Tammy was extremely courteous and helpful, came out and looked at the cracked mirror, got a replacement ordered, and got it replaced for me yesterday in a very short time frame when she knew we only had about 45 minutes we could spend waiting. It was even more challenging since when I showed up in the morning for the repair it turned out the replacement mirror in stock was also cracked! Tammy got a new one picked up from the Denver parts warehouse and we came back in the afternoon to get it replaced.

In this day and age where it seems like everyone complains about POOR customer service, it was refreshing to see how professionally Tammy handled everything. I just thought you'd like to know.

This Memorial Day weekend my fiancé and I purchased a 2008 Chrysler Sebring Convertible from your dealership and I?m writing this letter to let you know what a pleasure it was doing business with Mr. Mackey. He is knowledgeable, professional and went out of his way to make sure all our questions were answered.
We first visited your dealership on Friday night. I called ahead to make sure the car I saw on the internet was still available and when we arrived, the car looked so much better than I had anticipated. It was freshly washed and I could tell the car had been well cared for. I had visited another dealership earlier in the day and was shown an identical car, but it was covered in dust and grime as though it had been sitting outside with the top down for weeks (and the salesperson knew I was coming to look at the car and had ample time to clean it up!)
After some negotiations we returned to purchase the car on Saturday night and Marcus made things gô so smoothly by preparing our paperwork ahead of time so that by the time we arrived there was little to do other than meet with the finance person.
I?m somewhat new to the car buying experience and have heard countless horror stories about unethical salespeople and the hassles of buying a car, but Marcus made it a pleasure rather than a nightmare and his friendly demeanor and professionalism are greatly appreciated.

"Execllent Service"


I was traveling cross country from Boston to Colorado with my family in our 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee when my engine light came on when we were crossing through Nebraska into Colorado. I contacted the service department, Jeff Walker, to see if he could help me out. It was a Friday, and the service department was booked solid. I explained to Jeff that I was heading up through the mountains that day with a uhaul trailer and that I was desperate to have someone look my car over. Jeff told me to stop in with the car and he would run a diagnostic test on the engine to see what shows up. Jeff ran the test immediately while I watched. It came back with no issues. We then discussed tune ups and other issues that may cause the issue I had, he then decided that I needed new spark plugs and a fuel injection flush. I told Jeff that I need to be on the road by noon because we had to be out of our hotel by 11:00 a.m. He then suggested we go to the park while they work on the car and to come back at noon. The car was completed on time and we made it successfully to our destination. We could not have done it with out the help of your dealership and the persistance of Jeff Walker. Thanks again.
